The campaign was fun. It’s always a gamble as an indie author to pay out a premium to advertise a book that’s free because what happens if the money isn’t recouped, never mind making a profit? But such a buzz when the KDP dashboard clocks up the FREE downloads, and rewarding when the sales for subsequent books and Kindle Unlimited pages start coming in.
